Chelsea has been building recently, a classically strong sided, now with the addition of Jose Mourinho, is a strong favorite to win the entire league this season. If Jose Mourinho manages to land Wayne Rooney from Manchester United, then the Blues will be hard pressed to not be major contenders for the EPL Crown.
