Phew that was pretty close.
Earlier today, Tom Brady was seen holding his left knee after being knocked down by a falling-back Nate Solder in 11-on-11 drills against the Buccaneers. It was the same knee that he had torn his ACL in 2008. He left the field under his own power, and came back to finish the drill before leaving the practice.
Little bit of a scare here at Patrios practice as Tom Brady stayed down after incomplete pass in 11-on-11 drills. Was holding left knee …

After an MRI revealed no structural damage to his knee, the Patriots (and their fans) breathed a huge sigh of relief. After all, no Patriots fans want to see Tim Tebow get the starting job right? (No offense to Tim Tebow. Happy Birthday Buddy)
Reports say that Tom Brady has a knee sprain and it’s nothing serious. If all goes well, we should see Brady back out there doing magic by tomorrow’s training camp.
